Human Resource Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive HR Manager to manage our company’s human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with HR policies and driving employee development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen and onboard new employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Handle payroll processing and attendance management.
• Address employee grievances and ensure workplace compliance.
• Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
• Assist in performance management and appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
