Shipping Policy

  • We only ship through reputed delivery agencies to ensure that your order reaches you in the shortest time and in good condition.
  • Although we will aim to ship all products together in your order, because of product characteristics or availability, this will not always be feasible. Before doing so, however, we will remind you.
  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care 9446608594 or Contact us, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  • You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking at Track Order section.
  • As per the Indian Tax Regulations, please notice that all goods (including gifts) will be delivered with an invoice mentioning the amount.

Shipping Partners

  • We use India Post to ship our products to your destination as available during checkout and chosen by you.
  • On special request, we can also ship to remote locations via EMS Speed post if you feel that our shipping partners may not have coverage or have served you poorly. HOWEVER, WE CAN’T GUARANTEE TO COMPLY TO YOUR REQUEST. This is because the post office verifies the content of each package before approving it. If they think the object might be damaged, they won’t consider to accept the shipment.

Shipping Time / Delivery Time

  • We make our best efforts to ship your order within same day of the order. Most of our orders are shipped within 24 Hours.
  • We ship on week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY
  • Orders placed before 4.00 PM will be shipped on the same day except on Sundays and Public Holidays.

  • Though we can guarantee a delivery period to anywhere in India of 2-5 days, it is absolutely beyond our reach. Any shipping firm has its own procedures, intermediate transit sites, etc., and the time of arrival is not predictable.
  • Please plan your order allowing sufficient time for the delivery instead of last minute orders.

100% Refund/Replacement

We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high quality product as mentioned in the website. In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing etc., we are providing 5 days time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint by going to my account section and then to your order, there you will find option for Request Refund. Our technical team will verify the submitted details visually and will issue RMA number to return the material. Once we received the product our experts will verify the issue reported and will SEND THE REPLACED ITEMS TO THE CUSTOMER SHIPPING COST PREPAID BY US. In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way. Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. Changing or Canceling An Order

Need change something about your order or just want it canceled? You can ask us (by Email only ) to change the items on your order, update an address or payment method, or just cancel it. Customer Service will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be altered or cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it. In some cases Order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by customer.(It is because most of payment gateway providers collect their Commission even though order cancelled and refunded.).Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. Return Guidelines

Once we confirmed the faulty item cannot be repairable by customer or by Remote Desktop (Team Viewer), we will issue the RMA Number, which you have to meantion clearly on Shipping boxes. Do not write anything on the merchandise packaging (Product package). Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.

Limits Of Responsibility

We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.
