Shipping Policies

• We only ship through reputed delivery agencies to ensure that your order reaches you in the shortest time and in good condition.
• Although we will aim to ship all products together in your order, because of product characteristics or availability, this will not always be feasible. Before doing so, however, we will remind you.
• If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care 9446608594 or Contact us, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
• You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking at Track Order section.
• As per the Indian Tax Regulations, please notice that all goods (including gifts) will be delivered with an invoice mentioning the amount.

Shipping Partners

• We use India Post to ship our products to your destination as available during checkout and chosen by you.
• On special request, we can also ship to remote locations via EMS Speed post if you feel that our shipping partners may not have coverage or have served you poorly. HOWEVER, WE CAN’T GUARANTEE TO COMPLY TO YOUR REQUEST. This is because the post office verifies the content of each package before approving it. If they think the object might be damaged, they won't consider to accept the shipment.
